PageWeave is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

Hosting and Data Storage

We operate on self-managed VPS servers in Germany. Object storage is provided by Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany). All data centers are located in the European Union.

Analytics

We use privacy-first, server-side analytics. No cookies, no JavaScript trackers, and no fingerprinting. Visitor hashes are derived from SHA256(IP + User-Agent + date). Raw data is retained for 90 days.

Forms and Submissions

Form submission data is stored as JSONB in our PostgreSQL database. Email notifications are sent to site owners via SMTP. The site owner is the data controller; PageWeave acts as the processor.

Cookies

We do not place any cookies on public-facing websites (*.pageweave.site). No session, analytics, or tracking cookies.

Third-Party Services

Google Fonts are proxied through PageWeave and not loaded directly from Google. We use Cloudflare for DNS only.

Data Retention

Page view logs are retained for 90 days. Form submissions are retained until deleted by the site owner. Asset versions are retained until deleted.
